Terms of service

These terms govern your use of YouGotInvited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a tier, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide a digital invitation service. You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the service.

2. Payment

All payments are one-time per event. Pricing is shown clearly before checkout. Stripe processes payments - we never store your card details.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, no illegal content, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Liability

Service is provided “as is”. Liability capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
