Welcome to You Got Invited, a digital invitation platform that helps you create and manage beautiful invitations for your events.

By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of You Got Invited platform, including free users and paid subscribers.

• •Template customization tools and personalization features
• •Guest management and RSVP collection system
• •Analytics and reporting features for event organizers

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• •Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Our service offers two pricing plans processed securely through Stripe:

• •Individual Plan: €1 per guest invited to your event
• •General Plan: €60 flat rate regardless of guest count
• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment processor

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

• ✗Creating invitations for illegal activities or hate speech
• ✗Violating intellectual property rights of others
• ✗Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
• ✗Spam or harassment of other users or their guests

You Got Invited provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
